4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel up to 48 hours before your trip for a refund to your app wallet.
• Late cancellations may incur charges.
• Refunds for failed payments or technical errors are processed within 14 working days.

5. Your Data

• We collect basic info (name, email, phone) for bookings and service delivery.
• Your data is safe and never shared without reason or legal obligation.
• You can request to edit or delete your data.

6. Using the App

• Don’t use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Don’t post illegal, threatening, or offensive content.
• The app can suspend accounts violating these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, names, and content belong to “Asfur” or their owners. Don’t copy without permission.

8. Liability

• The app is a mediator between you and service providers.
• We aren’t responsible for service quality, delays, or losses.

9. Law & Disputes

• Governed by UAE law.
• UAE courts have jurisdiction for disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Using the app after updates means you accept the new terms.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by uncontrollable events (natural disasters, epidemics, internet outages).
